I worked as the Head of Content for Goldex Technologies, a FinTech startup based in Shoreditch that aims to create the first global gold marketplace to buy and sell physical gold at the best prices.

As part of the website relaunch, we revamped the blog and introduced the educational section of the site, increasing organic web traffic by 26% and significantly reducing bounce rates.
Email workflows
I optimised the welcome journey workflows, adding segmentation and creating different funnels of conversion. Combined with improved targeting across social media campaigns, our CPA (cost per account) decreased by 46%.
