I currently work as Head of Content for Goldex Technologies, a FinTech startup based in Shoreditch that aims to create the first global gold marketplace to buy and sell physical gold at the best prices.

XTB Online Trading

I worked in a permanent position at XTB for over four years, beginning as a content specialist and finishing as Head of Content before moving to a new challenge in June 2019. It was here that I established myself as a content writer specialising in fintech, working to elevate UK brand awareness and integrating content strategy for greater client loyalty.

  • Deliver high-quality, integrated campaigns on time and on brand
  • Create and support overall marketing strategy, shaping and taking ownership of brand and TOV
  • Involved in the strategic segment of content production, as well as proofing, editing, and managing campaign conversion

Mads Mikkelsen – Brand Ambassador
I was part of the team that wrote the script for our brand ambassador, Mads Mikkelsen. The original video gained over 2 million views and helped to increase brand awareness in the UK.
Website content management
I was responsible for all website content, working to optimise conversion from visit to full application.
Day Trading Guide – content-led campaign
After ESMA introduced some new rules regarding retail CFD trading in 2018, I led a campaign to educate traders in short-term trading – with the aim of encouraging higher trading volumes and greater client retention.
XTB’s Trading Academy
I wrote all the content for the educational section of XTB, explaining the complexities of contracts for difference, leveraged trading and other market mechanics.
